  I live in the area and visited this venue for the first time Friday, March 24, 2017. My party and I arrived at approximately 7:30p.m. They made accommodations to seat us all together so that we could see the live band. The area in which we were being escorted to had water or some type of beverage all over the floor. The man cleaning the floor half cleaned it. The table appeared to be wiped with water only and no disinfectant or cleaning solution, it just didn't seem clean to me. When we were first seated, the plate on the table in front of me was dirty with several brown spots and I asked the waiter would he move this from the table and replace it with a clean one. He looked at the saucer in disgust and apologized. My chair was rocking so bad, I thought it was going to break. When the patron next to me left, I swapped the chairs out. When the next patron came, she complained about the same chair and asked to be relocated. The drinks were horrible for the price, no one at the table enjoyed the drinks. I didn't eat anything but my party all ate and enjoyed their food. The waiter was not very attentive as we had to look for him several times. We could not read the receipts once received due to lack of ink. the waiter informed us he would talk to management to get the tickets reprinted but that never happened. Overall the live band was nice and the music but this was my first and last experience, I wish this place well.

  I had no choice but to select a 1 star because it would not let me select 0. This "the" worst dining experience. Waited 1.5 hrs for cold soggy fries and the wrong crab legs. Ordered oysters that took over an hour. Ordered a drink I never got!! Never got silverware! Took 30 minutes after the food to get napkins.. Conveniently once was ready to leave the food comes.. Believe me I wasn't our table wasn't the only table to complain.. THE WORST!!!!!!!!!!!!
